These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Treequlhaq website, customer accounts, products, checkout, and related services.

By accessing www.treequlhaq.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract under the law governing the transaction.

A person who has not reached the applicable age of legal capacity must use the website or place an order with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian when required by law.

Customers should review the individual product page, available measurements, size information, and product details before placing an order.

Product colors can appear different because of device displays, photography, and lighting.

A minor display-related difference does not by itself establish that a product is defective.

If a product received is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Treequlhaq Customer Support.

The claim will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

4. Product Availability

Product availability can change before an order is accepted.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, Treequlhaq will notify the customer.

When Treequlhaq cannot fulfill a paid order or an affected product, the applicable payment will be refunded or reversed to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

The ordering process consists of:

1. Selecting products and reviewing the shopping cart.
2. Providing contact, delivery, billing, and payment information.
3. Reviewing product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total.
4. Submitting the order and payment information.
5. Receiving an electronic order acknowledgement or confirmation.
6. Treequlhaq reviewing payment authorization, product availability, and order information.
7. Treequlhaq accepting and fulfilling the order or notifying the customer that the order cannot be accepted.

A product listing allows customers to submit an order.

The submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order.

A purchase contract is formed when Treequlhaq accepts the order through an order acceptance or shipping confirmation, unless mandatory applicable law establishes an earlier point of contract formation.

If payment has been authorized or collected but Treequlhaq cannot accept the order, Treequlhaq will cancel the affected transaction and issue the applicable refund or payment authorization reversal.

An operational cancellation or order modification can be completed when the order status still permits the requested change.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, operational cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

This does not restrict mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.

7. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

Prices for the United States market are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

The final amount payable to Treequlhaq is displayed during checkout before the customer submits payment.

The checkout total displays applicable:

• Product prices
• Discounts
• Taxes collected by Treequlhaq
• Shipping charges
• Final order total

Treequlhaq does not add undisclosed charges after an order is submitted.

If a customer's payment method is denominated in a currency other than USD, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

These charges are imposed by the applicable financial institution and are separate from the amount charged by Treequlhaq.

For international shipments, applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges are handled according to the information displayed during checkout and the requirements applicable to the shipment.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Treequlhaq provides Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Current estimated timeframes are:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping Transit: 6–9 business days
Estimated Total Delivery: 7–12 business days

Processing business days are Monday – Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET/CEST).

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

10. Responsibility for Goods During Delivery

Treequlhaq is responsible for addressing loss, damage, and carrier-related delivery issues in accordance with the law applicable to the purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Ownership, risk of loss, and responsibility for purchased products transfer according to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections relating to shipment and delivery.

11. Returns and Refunds

Treequlhaq provides a 30-calendar-day commercial return period after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and procedures stated in the Refund Policy.

Restocking Fee: $0.00

Treequlhaq does not charge a general restocking fee for approved returns.

Under Treequlhaq’s commercial return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible:

• Change-of-mind returns
• Incorrect size selections
• Fit preferences
• Color preferences
• Style preferences
• Other preference-based returns not caused by a Treequlhaq error or product defect

Treequlhaq arranges or covers reasonable return shipping when:

• An incorrect product was delivered
• The product arrived damaged
• The product has a confirmed defect
• The product is materially different from its description

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Treequlhaq processes an approved commercial refund within 1–3 business days after inspection and approval.

The customer’s payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Customers must contact Treequlhaq before mailing a return and obtain the return instructions and applicable return destination.

Do not send a return package to Treequlhaq’s business address unless Customer Support specifically confirms that address as the return destination.

12. Exchanges

Treequlhaq does not provide direct exchanges as the standard exchange process.

For a different size, color, style, or product, customers should:

1. Return the eligible original product according to the Refund Policy.
2. Receive the applicable refund.
3. Place a new order for the desired product.

Incorrect, damaged, defective, or non-conforming products are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

13. Consumer Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

Treequlhaq provides its 30-day commercial return policy independently from mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply to a particular purchase.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory right to cancel or withdraw from a distance-selling transaction, that right is not reduced or replaced by Treequlhaq’s commercial return policy.

Treequlhaq’s commercial policies are provided in addition to mandatory consumer rights.
